GREAT NEWS FOR GREAT LIMBER!

David Irons of the Village Stores has been appointed as the new volunteer webmaster!

From 1st August 2002, a whole new range of services are available through David Irons who has volunteered to act as the webmaster for the Great Limber Village website.

For a one-off charge of £10, we can set up an internet connection which gives unlimited free access for the price of a local rate telephone call for any household in the village (and the surrounding area) . The charge also covers up to five e-mail addresses eg "joesoap@greatlimber.village.uk.net".

Local non-commercial groups can be provided with web space for information pages and can either develop the pages themselves, ask David to add the information, or let us arrange for a web developer to do it for them. Web developers will make a charge for this depending on the complexity of the pages.

It is hoped that the cost of running the site will be met by commercial sponsorship which David Irons can explain. So, if you run a local business, SUPPORT THE VILLAGE WEBSITE and give David Irons a call!
